Ultra hd player or app problems.

ultra hd blu ray player(or possibly app) is very hit and miss. Does not play certain discs or is very glitchy . Discs fail to load .

Error codes : 0x91d70001 and 0x80040903 . Please fix.

What Apps currently have 4k content

I have come across Ultra HD on the amazon app however it require paying extra for each movie/tv show, but you can seach Ultra HD on the app and they should pop up, youtube on the other hand will stream the highest quality available for each video unless
you specify otherwise

 

No Ultra HD category

A couple of updates ago to the Netflix app, the Ultra HD category disappeared on my Xbox One S. I can still watch Ultra HD and HDR Netflix shows when I find them in the other categories. Both of my Rokus, 4 and Ultra, still show this category. Is this a
mistake?

 

Same issue. BRAND NEW XBox One X, right out of the box. Setup no problem. Installed the BluRay App. Won't play ANY Blu Ray disks. Just get either a frozen spinning wheel of death at the BluRay logo screen, or the perpetual spinning wheel of death at
the logo screen. Never advances to the actual disk.

Please fix!!!!

 

Same issue here. Got a couple of 4k blu rays for Christmas, first one worked fine and looked great, second one keeps giving me the 0×91d70001 error code. Would be great if Microsoft would fix.

 

Same as everyone else. I got the Xbox One specifically for the Ultra HD Blu-ray capability. Many of the discs I try to play give the error code 0x80040903 which Microsoft claims doesn't exist.

I should have gotten a PlayStation and a separate Blu-ray player.

 

I've got the same issues here. I'm getting error 0x80040903 all the time with Xbox One X and not only with certain UH 4k Blu rays but with normal Blu ray as well. Microsoft and Xbox team you need to fix this proble asap.
