Ultra HD playback

Discus and support Ultra HD playback in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; for some reason my UHD movies from the Microsoft store get downgraded to HD.     for some reason my UHD movies from the Microsoft store get downgraded to HD. We can error that says that my device / Hardware does not support Ultra HD playback can someone help me with this.

    Netflix video quality on X1

    Playback quality depends on which package you have. Unfortunately Netflix charge more now if you want HD, and even more if you want ultra HD. Could be that you only pay the standard monthly fee?

    It's such a ripoff. HD should be the norm. Not standard definition.

    Apparently 4k has been dubbed 'Ultra HD', heh.

    Yes 1080p will still be FULL HD 720p will still be HD READY and 4k will be named ULTRA HD.

    Any idea when the Xbox one is getting ultra HD? I am holding out getting a new console at the moment. I have an ultra HD TV and think it such a waste that xbox1 did not come with UHD!
