Salve, dopo l’aggiornamento di ieri, continuo ad avere tutte le voci dei menú illeggibili.

I giochi funzionano, la chat ha ripreso a funzionare ma il problema dei menú non si risolve.

Nella pagina dell’assistenza mi dice che ci sono problemi nell’acquisto o nell’utilizzo dei giochi…

Hey there Enri!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this situation.

If this happened after the update, and the previously posted troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue, then I would like to add that you can try a soft reset as a potential solution to your issue.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most problems.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games & apps.

Anche io ho lo stesso problema e ho un tv oled lg c1. È un problema che ho avuto dopo l ultimo aggiornamento di sistema d series x.
