ultimate word games

Good morning, trying to complete the daily challenge, and for the second day in the row, the crossword challenge is not loading. A message saying unable to connect to internet shows up, but I can play the other 2 challenges no problem. Thank you for looking

Ultimate word games

Yesteday I opened the game and all my goals have desapeared due to a malfunction of data recovery from the cloud for this game (all others work). Could someone tell me if I can recover session of a couple of days ago?

Since the update, I have not been able to p[ay the ultimate word games. It will go to the initial screen but it stays saying it's loading. But it NEVER connects. This really makes me mad cause I enjoyed playing Jumble & Wordament. Fix this problem PLEASE!!!!!!

 

I am having the same exact issue. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?

 

Exact same issue here as well. Screen states "contact support" and "having trouble connecting to internet". As previously stated, other two work fine.

 

Exactly the same for me. No problem with other challenges but crossword fails to start with error

"There was a problem loading daily challenge data. Please check your Internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team."

As there is no problem with other parts of the game and I am able to connect to internet I can only assume they forgot to load the crosswords on their server.

 

Day 3 now and the daily challenge crosswords still aren't loading.

If you look at the ultimate word games Facebook page is says

There is a known issue with the Crosswords Daily Challenges for the

month of July. We are actively investigating the problem and will

hopefully have a resolution soon - but it might take until after the

weekend to resolve. Thanks for your patience.



I saw this at the weekend so hopefully it will be sorted soon.

The other thing I found was that my old small W10 tablet that hasn't been updated to creators version of W10 will load the daily crossword puzzle - it's just that I find working with only a 7 inch display a pain.

 

Same here. All the Daily Challenges worked except the Crossword challenges for July 1, 2, and 3.

 

This problem has resurfaced. No response by support staff in this thread, so still no clue what happened and why... Perhaps they are trying to find some more suitable puzzles instead of the limited US conservative voters targeted
puzzles?
