ultimate word Games update issues

I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with ultimate word games going very slow since the upgrade?

Ultimate Word Game - ISSUES

I am having this same issue. Ever since the latest update to MUWG, it won't load - just hangs on the loading screen with the rotating tiles. I've tried every 'solution' I could find through Google and forums, but nothing has worked. Nothing changed on my
computer, and other Microsoft programs work fine, it is solely Ultimate Word Games. Please, support, someone chime in!

Ultimate Word Game - ISSUES

I picked Alphajax as "Ultimate Word Game" was not listed.

Have really enjoyed playing it and until 2-3 days ago it worked fine. Now, it won't load

Just keeps saying "loading"

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Mine doesn't even finish loading, it just stays with the tiles swapping around for hours and hours. Two days now.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

You may need to update your game to the latest version of Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. There is an update last month as per article: Information about latest Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Update/Version 4.2.10131.0 – Microsoft Casual Games (zendesk.com).

To check the update of the game:

Install PC updates including Optional Update. Guide - Update Windows
Restart device.
Turn off or disable any apps related to antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer.
Launch Microsoft Store and search for Microsoft Ultimate Word.
If update is available install it. If there is no available update, try to launch the game.

If issue persists, you may need to report this to the game support for assistance.
