Ultimate Word Games - Save Data Lost nearly 90 levels...

I'm a daily player/premium user of the Ultimate Word Games app. I've been staying caught up on the daily challenges, and since January have been working through all of the maps, starting with the oldest map, April 2017. As of this morning, I had completed
the maps for all three games for April - July 2017, and I was at level 90-91 in all three games.

I had the issue today where Wordament and Jumble daily challenges were fine, but couldn't get into the Crosswords. Looked on Facebook and tried the trick where I reset the app and restarted. When I logged back on, all my April progress for the daily challenges
is gone, as well as is ALL the completed games from the April - June 2017 Maps.

It shows I'm on level 9 in all three games now. :/

What is going on, and will our saves be restored to what they were before this all occurred?

Cloud sync

Ive been playing Ultimate Word Games on my Surface for several months. This morning, there was a glitch syncing to the cloud and when I closed and reopened the Ultimate Word Game app, all my levels disappeared and I was back to level 1.

However, when I click the xBox icon and go to Ultimate Word Games and then click Achievements, all my levels are appearing.

It would seem my user data exists somewhere in the xBox word, and I just need to get it moved to the Microsoft Cloud worl;d for my xBox Live account.

Any ideas how to do this?

Same problem here, but only on the daily crossword puzzle challenge. GEMS and the bomb one work fine. Help

Have you tried reinstalling this game and then test to see if this issue with your saved progress still occurs? Also, you mentioned that you reset the app, but have you also tried resetting the games and store by typing Apps in the Windows Search box > Select
Apps & Features > Scroll down > Select Microsoft Store > Select Advanced Options > Reset?

I just lost half my saved data. Took me back to beginning of chapter 2. Super bummed. I have done the steps mentioned here multiple times. Still no good.

I turned the xbox off and when I went back on it asked me to sign in and after that my saved game came back, so I guess it was part of the cloud?

Thanks for your response, it seems I was mistaken. Xbox Live Cloud storage is accessible as long as you've been connected to the internet. Here's some information on cloud games saves:
