    Ultimate word games not syncing again


    I can't get Microsoft ultimate word games to sync on my laptop again. One of the recent updates fixed the issue, but it is happening again. My desktop is ok at the moment, but give it time - it will probably stop syncing soon too. why does this keep happening? I have tried the reset, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling, so please don't tell me to do that, because it isn't working. This is getting very frustrating.

    How do you get wordament to sync between win 10 & Note 9 android 8?

    Wordament on PC is part of Ultimate Word games, hence why the android & PC versions do not sync up.

    all i did was uninstall Ultimate Word Games wait 10 minutes reinstall game then got a sync data msg then no problems

    Wordament for Android can't sync with the cloud

    I also have the same problem. My connection is not the issue. The Windows app (Microsoft Ultimate Word Games) on the same network syncs normally.

    From all I can tell, I believe the problem is that my cloud data for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is corrupted, and that's preventing me from syncing. Is there a way to erase my Cloud Copy, and then sync my local data back up to the cloud?
