Ultimate word games data not being saved

Hi,

Recently every time I try to play any of the Ultimate Word Games, it takes ages to load then I get a message saying 'An error has occurred and your data cannot be synchronized with the cloud at this time.' I can play but it goes back to the beginning every
time so essentially I can only play games I've already played. All my stats have gone and shows zero for all the games. Does anyone now how I can fix this please?

Same problem here, but only on the daily crossword puzzle challenge. GEMS and the bomb one work fine. Help

Ultimate Word Games Data

Error message says there was a problem loading Daily Challenge data. If problem persists (it has) contact support. Tag you are it support.

Actually the first two games were alright it just displays the error message on the Match Challenge.

When you open the Xbox app on your Windows 10 PC, click on the Settings option (cog wheel icon) on the bottom left of your screen, and then click on "Network", can you please let us know the network statistics you're seeing displayed there?

If you want to delete your Microsoft Ultimate Word Games cloud data, you can follow these steps:

Launch Microsoft Ultimate Word Games:
Start the game on your device.

Go to Game Settings:
Inside the game, look for a settings menu or options menu. This is usually represented by a gear icon or something similar. Navigate to the settings section.

Access Cloud Save Options:
Look for options related to cloud saves, synchronization, or data management. This is where you'll find the controls for managing your cloud data.

Delete Cloud Data:
Within the cloud save options, there should be an option to delete or reset your cloud data. This will likely be labeled as "Delete Cloud Save," "Reset Cloud Data," or something similar.

Confirm Deletion:
When prompted, confirm that you want to delete your cloud data. Be aware that this action will remove your progress and saved data associated with the game from the cloud.

Restart the Game:

Same problem here. It isn't my pc. Loaded it onto another pc and got the same error.
