Ultimate Word Game will not load

Discus and support Ultimate Word Game will not load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; For over 2 weeks I have tried to get Ultimate Word games to load.     Ultimate Word Game will not load


    For over 2 weeks I have tried to get Ultimate Word games to load. It will not load from a direct site or the game site. What's up? Mah Jong, solitaire, puzzles all load--just not word games. Very bummed.

    All the games load except Ultimate Word Games. No explanation, nothing except reverting to the previous screen. Nothing works.

    I've tried the "reset" fix and it fixed nothing. When I try to install it says I need an app but neglects to mention what app. I've tried to get this going for over a month now, and nothing works. I guess I'll just find another, more stable, platform
