Ultimate Word Game - ISSUES

I picked Alphajax as "Ultimate Word Game" was not listed.

Have really enjoyed playing it and until 2-3 days ago it worked fine. Now, it won't load

Just keeps saying "loading"

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

ultimate word Games update issues

I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with ultimate word games going very slow since the upgrade?

I am having this same issue. Ever since the latest update to MUWG, it won't load - just hangs on the loading screen with the rotating tiles. I've tried every 'solution' I could find through Google and forums, but nothing has worked. Nothing changed on my
computer, and other Microsoft programs work fine, it is solely Ultimate Word Games. Please, support, someone chime in!

Okay, I submitted a report on the zendesk site. We'll see what comes of that. Whether or not this qualifies as an actual "bug" is debatable. Depends how often it has occurred for others, I suppose. There were no particular events that happened on my computer that might have triggered it, so it seems like a random thing. Where are the game levels stored? Registry? A data file somewhere? It seems that the game simply lost or deleted the data.
