Ultimate subscription and Xbox gold

Game pass ultimate includes gold and the game pass subscription so if you have the gold and purchase the ultimate subscription it will cancel the gold subscription and put it in with the ultimate. The Gold subscription will show as being cancelled in your
subscriptions.

of Ultimate. ! year of gold=4 months of Ultimate. Here is the

Seems like the issue is not regarding to your game edition it is due to your subscription. The game requires Xbox Live Gold subscription to play it. It’s either you will purchase Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate since the Ultimate included Xbox Live Gold as well.

The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold subscription already. If you had Gold when you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, the Gold should automatically be converted to Ultimate.

When you check the subscription on https://account.microsoft.com/services does it show you two subscriptions? If so, please cancel the Xbox Live Gold instead.
