    Ultimate not working on xbox


    Hi,

    I have an ultimate subscription which has stopped working on my xbox. I can download/play games on PC fine but get sent to the purchase gold/ultimate page when I try to play on xbox.

    All was fine 2 days ago.

    I have checked and the sub is still active with monies taken from my account.

    I have signed in and out on both xbox and pc, hard reset xbox.

    Can anyone help?

    Be sure that you are signed with the correct account, or by deleting your profile, reseting the cache and re signing on your profile again
