Ultimate not showing up after purchase

Seriously...I'm super concerned about my Ultimate Team after uninstalling the game and now my game not even showing anywhere on my Xbox as if I didn't purchase it...

Hello are you trying to use the gift card to make a purchase of Xbox Ultimate. If so that is not allowed. When the error shows up what does it say??

To upgrade you'll purchase the Ultimate subscription. It will charge you $15 up front to start it and convert your current subscription to Ultimate as well, giving you 4 months of Ultimate. You won't have to pay again until after the 4 months.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We see that you have not yet received pending Credits for your achievements in your Grand Theft Auto purchase last month. However, you did receive pending Credits for the purchase of that title, which you can review via the
MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You should see your achievement Credits appear by the end of next week. Regarding your general MyVIP payback purchases, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
