i was conna be a god player friend and gift a game to a online friend but he lives in the US so now i have a game that he cant redeem and i cant get my money back we called support and they said they couldent do anything about that, while i was buying the
game it never said anything about the region thing but when i got the receipt on my mail it said that it could only be redeem in norway

wtf i that?

i honestly feel scammed by the Xbox!!!!! really want to just boikott it but ive had many many hours so its sad

to someone have a tip i can to or a way that my friend can redeem the game

?????

this game is an ultimate fail..........still cant play any multiplayer......we should be heavily compensated

I cant buy a new Gold account with the money on my Xbox 360!

That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. Money is money! Money in an account should be able to be used for a gold membership. The subscription could simply cancel when the money runs out. Very nice of Microsoft to put limits on my money.

It sounds like you may have chosen to buy the game instead of choosing the option to buy as a gift. You can submit a refund request and then rebuy it as
a gift or buy it from your daughter's account. Or, you can share it with your daughter's account as long as the console is set as your Home console.

I got retail version ultimate gears 5.

1) no earlyaccess

2) dlc verified by microsoft store never gotten even to today sep 18-2019 , and no customers support. Got games for me and my staff.

3) microsoft told accelerated to why no dlc gotten. But failed got missdirected to thecoalitionstudio.com and got many tickets and no dlc and no replies as to why all microsoft levels from studio to customer services services failed again , consistantly
from desasters of fallout 76 to now gears 5 ultimate from microsoft store fails to send to my xbox one x content.
