ultimate game pass subscription probs

So my last Xbox one broke about 2 months ago and today i was finally able to get another one and while setting it all up and signing in i went to renew my Xbox game pass subscription and my EA pass subscription and i have money on multiple cards and no
matter what i try to do it won't let me renew or update or start a new subscription either on my Xbox or my phone on 3 different cards with money on all of them. I just want to get online and play and download my games

if you haven't yet, then be sure to check
https://account.microsoft.com/services

to check if any issues with subscriptions are shown there, if all shows fine there (so no issues) then also double check the payment options and other billing related information on the link.

After that try it on your console again.

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you have an active Ultimate game pass subscription, any code redeemed converts to Ultimate subscription. In this case 12 months of Xbox live gold convert to 4 months of Ultimate game pass. The ultimate game pass subscription
is three subscriptions in one, Xbox live gold, Game pass for console, and Game pass for PC. Here is the

Game pass ultimate includes gold and the game pass subscription so if you have the gold and purchase the ultimate subscription it will cancel the gold subscription and put it in with the ultimate. The Gold subscription will show as being cancelled in your
subscriptions.

Probs just a glitch

I got the same thing for a while, where the xbox app would say my gold needs renewed, but I have game pass ultimate till 2021...
