    Ultimate Game Pass not downloading


    Please help!

    My xbox app does not recognise my game pass ultimate (which is confirmed current in My Microsoft Account - subscriptions). I've also tried to download the games in the microsoft store online (control and batman asylum are confirmed not working) and get the
    following error message:

    Where do you want to install?

    It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.

    Get more information

    I've tried the following things to resolve the issue and none have worked:

    Using a different login - created a fresh account also with game pass ultimate, same problem.

    Used a different computer - tried with both accounts the new and old one, same problem occurs.

    Removed my computer from my devices in the microsoft account, and installed a new one via the account information.

    Used WS Reset.

    I don't know what more I can do and i'm very confused why it's happening across both computers and accounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Game Pass Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass, and Game Pass for PC. So games downloaded from Game Pass will work the same as they do with standard Game Pass versus Ultimate.

    Since Forza is a Play Anywhere title, you an download it on both the PC and console without needing Game Pass for PC or Game Pass Ultimate.

    They are playing on PC as well and with Game Pass Ultimate. I have Game Pass Ultimate and the game downloaded but cannot play with them because I did not download through the Microsoft Store?

    Game Pass on both platforms.

    If you have bought Game Pass Ultimate, then it includes Games Pass for Xbox, Game Pass for PC, EA Play for Xbox, Cloud Gaming on android & Xbox Live Gold. So yes, you can use it on your PC.

    It's simple to use, download the Xbox app on your PC, log in with the account that has Game Pass Ultimate, and then download a game from the app, once downloaded, start the game.

    The game is available on the game pass ultimate. If we do that and download the game would it be ours or just as long as it is on the game pass?

    Xbox game pass ultimate

    Only the account that purchased Ultimate will show as owning Ultimate. Any other accounts using the Home console of that account will be able to play online and access any games that account downloads. They will not have access to Game Pass as Game Pass
    does not share, but the games downloaded from it do.
