Ultimate Game pass not connecting two consoles

Hi,

Anyone know any fixes when trying to connect the two consoles, one xbox has been updated to the seris s and now only one has the pass, checked all the settings and seem to be ok, if can help as unable to get through to microsoft and now hit a wall as to what to do next, thanks

Only the account holder can access xgu perks

Like xcloud etc

And only the account holder can roam

What do you mean by "connecting two consoles"?

GPU is tied to the account that purchased it and whichever console has been set to "Home" by that account. You can only have one "Home" console set at any given time and you can only switch to another console up to 5 times per year. The account that purchased GPU can play on any console as long as they are signed in. Any account can use the GPU on the console that was set to "Home".

There are 4 versions of Game Pass.

Game Pass Core, Game Pass for console, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass Ultimate.

Only Game Pass Core and Game Pass Ultimate include the ability to play online multiplayer games.

Is your subscription for one of those two or is it just Game Pass for console?

It has two options, included with Xbox games pass for Console or Buy. I already have Xbox games pass ultimate. There is no install button

Hello again, if you play on PC but the version of the game you won is for console will not be able to access it.

An alternative would be to subscribe to the Ultimate Game Pass because the two versions of the game are in the Game Pass.
