First you need to download the PC Xbox App to your Windows 10 PC. You can get the download

here

Next you need to sign on the App with the same account you use on your console. Plus, if you haven't done so already, you need to make sure you are logged in with the same account on the Windows Store.

The Xbox App doesn't actually do any downloading, everything downloads via the Windows Store for Windows 10, but you need the Xbox App to initiate the download, and this is why your account needs to be on both. If you already sign in on Windows 10 with the
same account, you shouldn't need to change anything on the Windows Store.

so it will not give me 1month more if i buy ultimate after game pass PC?

it wil only upgrade? yes pointless but if its only for 1€ im asking for this....if i have pc game pass and buy ultimate for 1€ now so if its will give me 1MONTH MORE or ONLY upgrade from pc game pass to ultimate?

or better was buy first ultimate and then pc game pass then shoudl give me 2months for 2€? or how...

There's not a separate list of Game Pass games for Ultimate. If they're in Game Pass for PC, then they're in Ultimate. If they're in Game Pass for console, they're in Ultimate. But Minecraft is not available through Game Pass for PC, only console.
