Ultimate Game Pass Games Not Saving Settings

I bought the game pass a few days ago and download the beta version of the game pass for the PC. After downloading a game I tried to change the games display settings and the game doesn't save the settings I just put. I tried changing settings on other
games on the game pass too but they too don't save the settings I put. If you can tell me how to fix this that would be great.

Game Pass & the Ultimate subscription for me have been the best improvements since launch. Saved my self money on the ultimate for starters, and played so many games on Game pass I probabaly wouldnt have purchased seperately too

It actually costs less to subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, than to subscribe to 2 separate services(Game Pass + Xbox Live Gold).

Example:

Xbox Live Gold($69.99/yearly subscription) + Game Pass($11.99/mo.) = $213.87/yr.*

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate($16.99/mo.) = $203.88/yr.*

There is also a current promotion for Game Pass Ultimate "Get first 2 months for $2":

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate($2.00/2mo.) + ($16.99/mo.) = $171.90/yr*
