Ultimate Game Pass doesn't appear to working properly

I upgraded to the ultimate game pass a couple months ago and had remaining live left for 2 months. I recently just got charged for the first time for the pass. It went through my bank and everything cleared. But as of a few days ago I can no longer play
any game pass games at all even though my account still shows the Ultimate game pass as active. I get a message telling me I need to buy the game first to play. The only game that is working is Gears of War 5. Now the only game shown to be available to me
on the game pass tab of my games and apps is Gears of War 5.

Try a hard reset by holding down the power button until the system shuts off.

Then unplug the power cable for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console.

Xbox was having issues for a couple days now its a matter of waiting and see it fixed

The version for Ultimate is the same as regular Game Pass. Ultimate is just a way of bundling subscriptions. It doesn't effect how Game Pass/perks work.

Can you tell us since when did you experience this issue or if it is after paying the Game Pass? If you just recently renewed your subscription, I suggest to try restarting your console first. Try by pressing the power button on your console, unplug your console for about 3-5 minutes then plug it back.

Then please check if the same issue persist. Also, check the status of your subscription as well via https://account.microsoft.com/services to see if it shows active.
