Ultimate Game pass and 6 month spotify premium offer

hi i got gamepass ultimate back in march and never received the code for the 6 month free spotify

i have contacted support about this a couple of times and the last time they told me to contact spotify and that they would be able to see my subscription and give me the code for the 6 months premium but when i contacted them they said they couldnt help
either. i contacted support today and i was told to contact the promotions team via this link for further help.
