    Ultimate Edition preorder access not working


    i have sod2 ultimate edition preordered, downloaded, and installed and it says i need to wait until the release date to play. the early access started like 2 hours ago, and my friend in the same area is playing already. why is my early access not granted?!
    my games and apps still says preordered and my friends does not. so irritating.

    State of Decay 2 early access

    If you preorder the Ultimate Edition you will be given early access. Otherwise, that's not something that could be given through the forums.

    not received code for EA Access in the Battlefield Ultimate Preorder

    Didnt receive the EA Access 1 mouth code after buying battlefield 1 Ultimate Edition as preorder. How can I get my Code??

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.
