Ultimate edition not downloading

Hi,

Xbox support sent me here, i purchased ultimate edition via xbox live and its not downloading at anything resembling speed, 2 hrs and at 2%. I tried hard resets, cancelling and re-downloading but its just not going forward. Which is strange cause i also
download theif and it went at no issue, my nets a bit slow so took couple hours (like 2, wasn't really using my X1 at the time), I know gears is bigger but ive never had anything download this slow before.

Did everything they suggested but to no avail, just worried cause it will take so long to download ill miss the 31st cut off date for getting the other games, the whole reason for buying the ultimate edition.

So if anyone could suggest anything to help Id appropriate it.

forza horizon would not start

I just got forza horizon 4 ultimate edition(not the digital download) and it just wont read or download the game the DLCs are downloading but its supposed to give early access

Exactly. Not the regular version....ULTIMATE. Not playing the ULTIMATE edition is like saying NO to fun.

Added info apparently the day one edition doesnt have the other 360 games only the deluxe version, news to me cause everything i read says it has all the games so got a refund, so that sucks

I purchased the ultimate edition and then downloaded the standard edition for Series X/S

Im having same issue everytine i download it, it says its downloading ultimate but then once done its the standard edition with mo extras.

Same idk how to fix this hopefully it does give us the pre order bonuses and the ultimate edition

You will need the ultimate edition or download it with a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription as stated in earlier replies.

If you don’t have the Ultimate Edition or a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will still be able to obtain both Halo: Reach characters through a pack in the store at a later stage. It is confirmed that it will be sold separately in the future.
