Not happy with auto-renewal

The autorenewal system will continue to bill and rebill even if charges are declined. The worldwide credit card billing system is designed to bill and rebill automatically, as banks sometimes don't accept charges right away even
if funds are on tap. Therefore, if Xbox cut folks off right away when one charge was rejected, millions of folks daily would be inconvenienced. Only after many, many attempts will Xbox cut off your account.

If I remember correctly going to your profile account let's say it's through Outlook, you can remove the credit information from there. How come you get now 3 months of subs paid back if you have ben trying to do this for 2 years in a row though?

If you have multiple Microsoft accounts associated to your payment option, I suggest for you to sign in to each of your Microsoft accounts to review the purchase history.
Follow the steps in the View your Xbox purchase history online section so you can compare their purchase
history to your bank or credit card statement.

For any billing or subscription issues, I recommend to contact Customer Support
The best way to request a call back from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

Sign in at xbox.com.
Select Contact Us.
Choose your category. (In this case, Xbox One.)
Select "No Thanks" when presented the virtual agent.
Pick a topic. ( see my purchase history)
Select to Request a call from Support.
