    Hello

    I bought my kids an xbox one s for Christmas and it packed in on 30 Dec. We managed to send it back to Ms and they turned it around really quickly.The problem is that they sent it back (from England) to me (Edinburgh) using UPS and the courrier seems to
    have sent it via Dublin and now can't tell me where it is and say that Microsoft need to start an investigation with them.

    The problem i have is getting in touch with a real person at Microsoft to deal with this - can anyone suggest the best way to reach someone?

    Thanks - this worked for me.

    It's been escalated and they've given me a case ref and should hear back within 72hrs.

    Did they say what they're doing about it and when we can expect to see the xboxes?

    Im now having the same issue,xbox series x gone faulty, was delivered to microsoft centre near london was replaced and was picked up by ups, 10 days and im still waiting for console.

    Ups telling me to keep tracking it and i cant get through to xbox support.

    Hi,

    We have exactly the same issue but with Xbox Series X!

    Sent for repair and it was dispatched from Microsoft on the 8th Jan and now currently in Ireland...The worrying thing is they tried to deliver it somewhere in Ireland!

    Now stuck in Finglas Ireland. We managed to speak to UPS to said that it went onto the wrong shipment container, we managed to confirm the address to UPS but it hasn't moved in 5 days and is still in Finglas.

    I can't get hold of Microsoft at all to get it sorted, if we ever get it back it'll probably be damaged.

    Super frustrating!

    Same issue - Series X turned off on Christmas day (so sons Christmas day wasn't the best ) Packaged up and returned to MS - Received an email advising that the replacement had been dispatched from Northampton and should be with us on 05.01.21 - This
    kept getting extended each day - until the tracker advised in was in Dublin. We then received an email from UPS advising incomplete address - In the end rang UPS, and after 1/2 hour on hold was advised that yes the parcel was in Ireland and that they would
    contact the depot straight away and arrange for it to be returned to the UK and then sent on to us - That was last week and still awaiting an update - I have emailed and raised a ticket with MS and as yet no reply.

    Cant even get on to the web chat to resolve -
