UK Warranty Support for XBOX Series X

My new series X has died

I go to devices, try to open a service order for warranty and get to the page that I accept the T&C and Fee £0.00 and click next - I then get a a yellow error saying we can't take payment! (but of course not it's free!) so I cant open a service order.

I request a call back at the help page with my +44 UK number and I get a "Ooops something went wrong - we are working on it"

So there is simply no way to contact microsoft to open a warranty repair for my XB SX.

I have been trying these two contact methods now for 4 weeks...

How the hell do I contact Microsoft about my repair - there has to be a phone line to call XB Hardware team on ?????

Please help.

take it back to the store you purchased from they can then sort it with microsoft as part of the warranty.

I'm sorry you're having issues opening a service order for your Xbox Series X. It's odd that those problems are happening. Is your card payment up to date? Even if it's free, there is a specific way it works.

Did you know there is a Microsoft Experience Center in London? Microsoft Experience Centre Oxford Circus – London, England, UK

I'm not sure how far you are from that location, but that may be helpful for you since you've been having issues with the website itself. You can also chat with a support agent in by clicking "Get Support" on the same page in your Devices page.

My xbox was from Argos, it was manufactured for the UK, I am pretty sure I have warranty because my Xbox series X is registered on my account and still has warranty available till the 5th of March so that means my controller must have the same amount of warranty I am just unable to register it on my account for some reason

Hello, with you having the Series X you should still be under warranty to have it fixed at no cost. Go through the xbox support page then warranty to have it done. Make sure you have your console registered.

If you don't trust the retailers, you'll never get an Xbox series x anytime soon.

I stay in the UK and one of those retailers has the Xbox series s and x available but you have to take it with Xbox all access to pay the console off over 2 years.

This retailer is the probably the only one autherised by Microsoft to sell the Xbox series s/x via Xbox all access in the UK.
