    I have an Xbox 360, an Xbox one and an Xbox one S. we are moving to Canada in a few weeks - will all be consoles still work over there? Do I need to do anything to get them to work over in Canada?

    If you don't end up creating a new account then you will not be able to do a lot of things this includes:

    Purchasing Microsoft Points

    Renewing your membership

    Purchasing certain games using existing points on the account due to regional restrictions

    If you delete something off of your hard drive, once your in Canada you won't be able to re-download certain content that is region locked (no way to know which content is or isn't)

    These are just a few of the reasons why they actually ask that you make a new account.

    As far as your XBOX 360 you will need to get a new power supply as your UK power supply will not work in Canada they are totally different voltages and that can cause problems for the console and the power supply if you try to use a converter.

    And you've got the games portion already covered if you intend on getting games imported (mind you, you may have issues with DLC content for those games)

    well you could just use a converter for the Xbox and order all of your games either region free or in PAL format.

    If you just use a converter for Xbox 360 you could play all of your games

    thank you for that - what about the power supply? Am I ok to just buy a plug converter? Or do I need new power packs etc.

    Although a power converter would work it would be best to purchase a new power supply for the consoles. You can either contact phone support for help in doing this or hit the Microsoft Store when you get to Canada. If you choose to call the number is 020
