UK - Game Pass £79 offer with FM7 and FH3

Hi, I have been trying to purchase the above deal in the UK (which is still valid in the UK including the 1st October). It won't provide an option to buy, jist subscribe for the monthly amount.

I am a Gold and Game Pass subscriber and this is open to existing members as per the T&C's. I've been on your chat facility and they agree it was still valid.

I have screenshots and the chat reference, so would appreciate if someone can get in touch please so that I can buy this deal. Incidentally, by the time you respond the offer will have expired however i've been in contact with your suppprt guys for over
an hour to be pointed here.

Please help!

Save Game Forza Motorsport 7

Maybe it's a sync problem. Try deleting your profile from the console and re-download it again. Anyway, there are still

issues with FM7 and FH3.

 

Forza problem

This is big issue that has started about 2 weeks ago, more and more players are losing data on FH3 and FM7. Go to forzaforums, write PM to Nitro Glitter about data lost and they will get back for you some of the cars and credits, but you want get your progress
back unfortunately. I've lost data on FM7 but was able to restore it from local data on my PC. My fiance lost data on FH3 two weeks ago and still waiting for help. What I know is that Turn10 is working with this issue and they will start giving back some staff
when the problem will be fixed, who knows when it will happen...

It is good to play FH3 or FM7 on PC for time to time, if you are usually playing on Xbox. On PC you have full access to local data so you can do backup of progress and use it when you lost data on cloud.

I attempted to purchase the Game Pass deal that was on offer 13/09/18 - 01/10/18 in the UK (I believe it ended 30/09/18 in the US) on the evening of 01/10/18 but it wouldn't allow me to. I am a current Game Pass and Gold subscriber and it states in the
T&C's that the offer was available to new and existing members. The offer included FH3 and FM7 which is a great deal and not one that I wanted to miss out, that's my frustration here as I was attempting to buy it (I have 4 screenshots detailing the offer,
on my Dashboard, on my Home bar and 2 within Game Pass itself). I appreciate that whilst I type this that the offer is no longer available, but it was when I contacted 2 chat agents and never got anywhere other than to post here.

I would be grateful if you can contact me via my registered email address on my account and I can provide you with the screenshots and the chat reference number. I'm not looking for anything other than the deal that was on offer within the timescales that
I was trying to purchase it.

We understand that there were attempts made to purchase the 12 month Game Pass within the Forza and Game Pass promotional time period to have the ability to get Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7.

When attempting to complete the purchase for the deal, was there an active membership for the Game Pass on the account?
