UK freeview hd box and xbox one

Discus and support UK freeview hd box and xbox one in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Has anyone tried connecting there freeview box to the one.     Has anyone tried connecting there freeview box to the one. I ask because i was thinking of getting one for this reason and wondered if it worked.

    Just wondered if any one had tried a hd freeview box in the uk and how did this work for you?

    I get the same thing occasionally with my Humax HD FOX T2 Freeview HD set top box in the UK.

    Its a fairly recent issue, there haven't been any software updates on my Freeview box, so therefore must assume that its something in Xbox that has changed.

    I searched Xbox One and Freeview box and saw your post from Sept last year. I assume (man I hate that word) that if it has an HDMI out you can use the pass-through feature. However for One Guide functionality, I doubt it. Money makes the world go round
    and free things tend to fall to the side of the road. Best I have is to plug it and go through the setup to see if Freeview Box is one of the provider choices. Best of luck mate.

    Well I can't speak for freeview, but I tried it with my virgin media, it works ok but it's simpler for me to just leave it as it was and use the xbox for gaming... (I don't watch a lot of tv)

    Same here, Humax Freeview HD box in the UK, just stops and pauses for a few seconds at a time.
