UI lag made me inadvertently delete a message from microsoft

it was an invite to beta test the new update. is there a way to restore the message or re-deliver the message?

Messaging

Sometimes the UI lags remarkably. This usually happens to me after restarting the system but has also happened completely out of nowhere and affects the entire UI; not just messages. It's annoying, it needs to be fixed, but as of right now it's a fairly
minor issue to me.

 

Remove notifications

I thikn the messages aren't deleting from the message section just the notification. I went into my actual messages under profile and was able to delete the correctly. Def some bugs to work out with this UI.

That's the best way to get it sorted as the support staff for the update previews view those forums. Although it is weekend so not sure if you would get a reply until Monday but still post there anyway

 

Yeah, as far as I know there isn't a 'trash' folder or anything. They just disappear after being deleted.

Also, if your interface lag is a constant problem, try soft resetting your xbox.

While the xbox is powered on, hold the power button until it turns off. Then turn it back on and it will significantly increase performance.
