UHD Movies Keep Freezing on Xbox One X

My UHD movies on the Xbox One X keeps freezing immediately on playback. I have a 200Mbps connection with 0% packet loss. The issue is I am able to start the UHD movie and but after 5 seconds the picture freezes but the audio keeps going. I know
the issue has to be software related because I am no longer able to access the "Movies and TV" menu anymore. I can't pause, fast forward, rewind, turn on or off closed captioning, etc. (the menu bar at the bottom doesn't pop up). The only way to unfreeze it
is I have to hit the Xbox Button on the Xbox One Controller and "Quit" the Movies and TV application to get it going again.

The only fix I see so far is if I go into the main menu on my Xbox and choose "Restart", wait for my Xbox to fully reboot, and then re-access the same film the movie runs perfectly!

When I attempt to watch another movie I own that is HD only, the movie plays perfectly with no issues.

Has anyone else had this issue? This issue occurs on my following UHD titles: IT, DUNKIRK, & WONDER WOMAN.

error 0x000005b4 strem movies in 4k uhd in xbox x!!

Hi, i have this error code...0x000005b4 when i try to see via strem a 4k uhd movie in my xbox one x.

My internet 150mb and no problem

My xbox one x is conect via ethernet cable, new (cat6).

Clearing the Blu Ray persistent storage can help resolve many playback issues can you please try going into the

Blu Ray setting and clearing this to see if helps with your problem. If this does not help I would next try running the

network troubleshooter incase this may be causing the problem
