    I have been trying at this for months! Every time I try to change my Microsoft Account Settings. The deal is that I used to be a part of that Xbox family thing. It was set up so that I could not use Xbox Live and stuff like that. I didn't even realize
    the account I was using was in this so I left the Xbox family thing. I then tried to go through settings to enable my Xbox Live option. Every time I would get onto the account page I got a pesky error message. I have repeatedly tried to access this setting
    for months. Is there any way that I can get around this? Is my account lost forever in the land of no Xbox Live on Xbox One. (I can access Xbox Live on Xbox 360)
