"Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened." error

    its been happening for about 6 months ive tried everything like clearing cache and and different browsers and nothing helped ive called microsoft and the chat online and they daid theyd fix it but its not fixed PLEASE HELP

    On IE9 I can't even see the site. It tells me the site is down, or network error, etc.



    On Safari it constantly logs me out, despite my settings. Sometimes when I go to another page, sometimes when I try and make a post.



    On Firefox the site just looks terrible. no amount of zoom helps whatsoever.



    Yeah the problem is just IE9... :/



    Typical Microsoft. Severely lacks the ability to test anything properly before releasing it to the public. Reminds me of the Xbox 360 a few revisions ago.

    Could you possibly explain a bit more about the issue? What are you trying to do on the Xbox.com before seeing this message?

    It signs in fine and allows me to see my online friends but if i hit redeem code or my profile or payment options or anything like it gives that error

    I had the same message, and if I want to delete my payment which is my credit card, they refused because according to them I did not pay my last subscription and if I want to use this payment method must I contact the support. Please help me !
