    I have been buy xbox live gold at July-3-2016, and I received Microsoft billing mail. But untill now, on my xbox one, it still request me to buy xbox live gold, also, i still cannot play xbox live gold games.

    How to resolve this issue?

    Swmutches I'm guessing it's cause they are using the home share which shares the gold on the xbox one since they are gold on the xbox one they can make the purchase of xbox one gwg but since home gold doesn't apply outside of xbox one

    The gold doesn't carry over onto the website
