    UFC 2 disables game DVR


    After the update that changed how Home looks etc. UFC 2 started disabling Game DVR. Really disappointing. I didn't play it anymore, but there was another update and I checked the game again after that. Game DVR was working again. But today, when I wanted
    to record something, I found that it was disabled again. Really sad that it messes with you like that. I restarted and I found that it works at the start screen, but gets disabled as soon as you enter the main menu... Is there a way to get it working 100%
    again? A bit painful to play knowing I can't record great moments anymore and keep fun memories :/

    why i cant stream UFC 2 on beam. it worked before the 2nd xbox update.

    2nd Problem is i cant do dvr clips in UFC 2. i hope you can help me or it will be fixed soon.

    DVR Setting changed

    G'day tedi! That is essentially the same control, updated to include broadcasting. If you don't want Game DVR recording, simply disable "Allow Broadcasts and Game DVR uploads."

    Sadly, so far it is not possible to disable this button but a workaround that might help you is to disable the GAME DVR.

    To disable Xbox Game DVR on your Xbox One, hit the Xbox button and head to Settings. Joystick down to ‘Preferences, then select ‘Capture & share’. Toggle the first option, ‘Allow game captures’, from ‘Captures by me or games’ to ‘Don’t capture’ to disable Xbox Game DVR. Alternatively, you can toggle this option to ‘Captures by me’.

    Oh yeah, just noticed that.

    DVR uploads can still be disabled through Settings >
    Preferences    , then untick 'Allow broadcasts and Game DVR uploads', however will completely disable the functionality of broadcasting to Twitch and manually recording game footage through saying
    'Xbox, Record That!' or snapping Game DVR.

    If its more the notifications that bug you during a game sessions, then I believe you can disable the notification through
    Settings > Preferences, and unticking 'Gaming & System Notifications'.

    These may not be the best answer but the are certainly workarounds if you don't use Twitch or DVR.
