    Finally after 5 days got this problem sorted but no thanks to online support by ubisoft. In the end I rang them and it took no longer than 5mins to sort. Moral of the story is, don't use ubisoft's online support if you got a problem.

    Right then all those on my friends list, time to whoop all yr times!

    @Lofty I would set up a Uplay account. You get Uplay credits for completing in game tasks that can be used to purchase stuff across all Ubisoft games.

    I am actually surprised more people dont report issues with Uplay. I know one of the MVPs had the exact issue as the OP. While Ubi did fix the issue, it wasnt as simple as you might think.

    Totally agree with Lofty Who,with games likes Watchdogs,The Divison and the Crew which got a lots of online features,Ubisoft really needs to fix/improve their online services.

    You wired or wireless mate?

    I ask because me and the wife connect on the same Hub/modem, I'm wired and don't have issues, she's wireless and still can't connect to the servers, can't see friends times, leaderboards.

    What's really odd though, my son can connect to the servers, his girlfriends GT is on his console but when she plays she can't connect, work that one out lol

    Not sure about any fixes but it's not just you.
