Ubisoft servers and trials fusion?

So I finally went and bought trials fusion on the x1 today but I cant seem to be able to connect to the servers. Is anyone else able to or not? Did a google search earlier and it seems like there was a problem when it first came out but no mention about
it recently. Kind of annoying as I cant see my friends times or add mine to the leader boards.

Yep, I have not really been able to do any coop the last two nights. Ubisoft servers are just down.

I am so angry at the state of this game at release. I have been a huge AC fan but can't imagine buying another one at launch. What a *** show.

Ive tried to play co op something Ive not done a lot of and lost the server both times when it does you cant do antything but leave the session. frustrating for and whom ever your playing with im sure.

 

You wired or wireless mate?

I ask because me and the wife connect on the same Hub/modem, I'm wired and don't have issues, she's wireless and still can't connect to the servers, can't see friends times, leaderboards.

What's really odd though, my son can connect to the servers, his girlfriends GT is on his console but when she plays she can't connect, work that one out lol

Not sure about any fixes but it's not just you.

 

Wired mate. Well I was hoping its just a case of the servers are on down time or something.

 

My one complaint about Ubisoft games is the constant connection you need to Uplay. If you are experiencing issues connecting to Uplay you need to open a Support Ticket with Ubisoft Support. They should be able to fix any issue for you.

 

Well tried the game through wireless connection and its still the same, thought its was worth giving it a go. Where do I go to get a support ticket? Tried looking but couldnt find anything although I am looking around on my phone so that might be that problem.

Well still no joy this morning with trying to connect so I have ask ubi support about it. Also tried rayman legends and tried to connect to uplay and that didn't worth either.

The really wierd thing is that if I go to uplay on my pc it works first time. Maybe the x1 connects different tho.

 

Its a Uplay issue. Ive experienced issues with connecting to Trials, AC and Child of Light at different points. Opening a ticket with Ubi support always solves the issues for me.

 

I had the same issue with all Ubi games. Logged a ticket with Ubi support and it was due to the fact that I had two Uplay accounts set up. They unlinked the account and then I had to associate the account to my Xbl account using the Uplay app on the Xbox
One. Worked for me, so worth a shot.

 

So far support have been quite helpful. Seem like I have two uplay accounts set up for some reason. Hopefully they can pair them up.

 

It sounded like you had the same issue as me and I still have no idea how I created a second Uplay account. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick Ubi support dealt with the problem and I hope they do the same for you.

 

Yeah I the same. haven't got a clue how it happened. Got to admit its getting a bit confusing now with support. I think they are going to unlink my gamer tag from the old account so I can then relink it to my newer account. Eer I think lol
