Ubisoft linked acount

I am trying to play rainbow six extraction on pc trough the game pass but it tells my Microsoft account is already linked to another ubisoft account. Where can i see the account that's already linked? Because i have no idea what that other account would be.

Sorry to hear that you already have an Ubisoft account connected to your Microsoft account.
Unfortunately Microsoft support doesn't have the tools to view or remove third party accounts linked to your Microsoft account

For this specific concern you need to reach Ubisoft support and try recovering the unknown account and unlink it

On our Microsoft account's end, there is no option for us to check what in-game account is linked to it.

But no worries, I got you here a helpful link from Ubisoft support that may help. Also, you may consider reaching out to them to validate that since they will be able to check in-game accounts.

switching acount on my xbox is not a problem i mean the link between my microsoft acount and my xbox like on MY Microsoft acount i log in another xbox acount i would like to put my real xbox acount mon my microsoft acount

I just want to be carfull as i need to have crossplay but only can link one acount to the ps+ acount so i want to be carfull

Unfortunately, the Microsoft account only has linked social network accounts, game accounts such as ubsoft, epic games, psn, are done in reverse, that is, the platform account is linked to the microsoft account, and microsoft does not have access accounts owned by other companies.

In your case, only the Company that owns the account (epc, ubsoft, sony, etc...) can help in this process since microsoft does not have access to either the process or the information.
