    Ubisoft+ Games not working on Xbox Series X


    Can't launch Ubisoft+ game on my Xbox. Screen pops up telling me "Make sure your subscription is active" error code 0x803f800b. Despite having an active Ubisoft+ Subscription and an active Game Pass Ultimate Subscription. Also cannot view the Ubisoft+ Library in xbox library. I have an active subscription with linked xbox/ubi accounts but the Ubisoft library screen says "Tell me about Ubisoft+" but is not recognizing my subscription. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Yes, they are the ones who can review your account information and subscriptions status.

    I understand. I can make another suggestion before you consider reaching out to Microsoft support to verify if your Ubisoft+ subscription is completely active on your account. This in case you acquired it via the Microsoft store.

    This suggestion is performing a factory reset on your console:
    Go to Settings > System > Console info > reset > select keep my games and apps.

    Thank you for the suggestion. I just tried resetting my xbox but I'm still getting the same error message. I'll try reaching out to microsoft support now since I don't think there's anything else I can do.

    Yes I've tried reinstalling the game as well. It wouldn't let me reinstall from my console but I for some reason I was able to reinstall it remotely from the xbox app.
