Discus and support Ubisoft club in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; can someone please tell me how do I get the Ghost recon future soldier & splinter cell blacklists skins.     can someone please tell me how do I get the Ghost recon future soldier & splinter cell blacklists skins. It says "you have to own _______ to get this reward" I went out & rented ghost recon & tried playing it but it's not backwards compatible not on the
    xbox one, so how would I claim this reward if I have to "own" it but Its not really possible. I hope I didn't lose any of you guys in there but I'd appreciate any help

    ubisoft club fault

    UbisoftUbisoft Club is not recognising that I own Tom Clancy's The Division any ideas as to why this is happening because I am not getting the rewards, badges, Guns or whatever that I'm supposed to get for owning it

    Have you got the ubisoft club app installed? That tracks ubisoft achievements too.

    Assassins Creed Origins

    To install Assassin's Creed Origins, you need the Ubisoft Club PC app installed. Once installed, sign in with your ubisoft account you have linked to your Xbox account, then try installing the game again from the Xbox app. It should start the download from the ubisoft Club app.

    It is probably an issue with the app. I don't if you have already tried the recomendations mentioned on this

    first, you need login on the uplay website (https://account.ubisoft.com ) and go to the
    Account Management
    section.

    Navigate to the Account Information
    tab, and you will see Linked Accounts at the bottom of the page.

    Now, simply click the Unlink button under the xbox logo
