    Ubisoft Club and Minecraft Issues


    I have been having issues with my Ubisoft Club and Minecraft (bedrock edition). I don't know if they are related but they started around the same time, for my Ubisoft Club, every time I get on it, (whether I launch it from "my games and apps" or from a
    game doesn't matter) I am put in an infinite loading screen. I just recently reinstalled my Minecraft after several years of not playing it, and for me it has been telling me that I have online play disabled in my settings, I know I don't, but I still checked
    anyway, I was right. None of my friends (who also just reinstalled it) are having the issue. I have tried hard reseting my Xbox and uninstalling/reinstalling both of them.

    I logged into Ubisoft and disconnected the xbox account from the Ubisoft club and added it to another new Ubisoft account to fix this issue bc reconnecting it only work for a little then the problem came back

    Do you have the Ubisoft Club app installed? If you open it on your own does the app open? It seems like the issue is with the Ubisoft Club app and not the game. The Division series has always been an online game, and I'm guessing that the game requires
    some information from the Ubisoft Club app to locally pull information about your Ubisoft account. So, I'd start with troubleshooting that app. Let us know if you have it and if it launches on its own without trying to launch the game and have it redirect.

    As far as I know, the ubisoft club app was having issues and has been for a few days.

    This app isn't directly tied to Division 2 and you don't have to login to the club to use Division 2. I disabled my login to the ubisoft app and just skip through it.

    Ubisoft has a new set of Terms of Use that need to be accepted. This seems to cause problems for the Monopoly games in particular.

    If you have the Ubisoft Club app on your console, launch the app and log in to your Ubisoft account, and you will see a screen to accept the new terms of use. If you don't have the Ubisoft Club app, try logging in on the Ubisoft website. Read through the
    new terms, click to agree to them if you do agree, and then try to launch Monopoly Plus again.
