ubisoft account xbox relink

if you unlink the xbox account from the ubisoft account you can only relink that xbox account with that same ubi account again, you cannot unlink and relink to another account, this is a restriction in place by ubisoft and the same is done with epic too.

you would need to contact ubisoft support, you can only have one gamertag linked and you cant change it to another, this is so you don't lose any account specific purchases, same goes for epic now too.

It doesn’t show an error message. I already have the accounts linked but it doesn’t say I have Ubisoft+ on my Xbox. I tried unlinking and relinking but I got the same result. For some reason it’s not recognizing I have Ubisoft+.

For some reason resting my Microsoft account password then relinking through my xbox browser to ubisoft fixed the issue for me. Not saying this will work for everyone just what worked for me.

Ya, there is no way to relink it because the xbox icon disappears, so I have to make a new ubisoft account and link it to my xbox account? Ok, I will try this out and get back to you. But won’t making a new ubisoft account reset my progress? Edit: I have
made a new account but I don’t know how to link it to my Xbox account.
