    Login Information



    • Gateway: 192.168.1.1
    • Username: ubnt
    • Password: ubnt
    Change Wireless Channel

    1. Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser on a computer.
    3. Type in the gateway address, 192.168.1.1 into the web address bar, hit enter.
    4. This will take you to a login page, type ubnt for both username and password.
    5. Once of the main page, select the Wireless tab.
    6. On the Wireless page, scroll down to the “Basic Wireless Settings” section.
    7. Next to the Extension Channel dropdown, select the desired channel.
    8. Select Save/Apply to save the changes.

    5. Once of the main page, select the Wireless tab.

    7. Next to the Channel Width dropdown, select “20 MHz”.
    8. Select Save/Apply to save the changes.

    Major packet loss

    Best thing to try is power cycle your router and your Xbox One X. From there, if it's still an issue, I would recommend downloading a mobile app, like WifiMan from Ubiquity or another wireless network scanner. That can tell you the other networks in your
    area, and show you what channel they are on. If there are a lot of networks on the same channel that can cause interference and result in what you're seeing connection wise. From there you could see a less used channel and change your networking equipment
    to use a different channel.

    If that doesn't help, let us know and we'll see if there are some other troubleshooting steps we can do!

    Change Wireless Channel

    1. Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser on a computer.
    3. Type the address 192.168.254.254 into the web address bar.
    4. This will take you to a login page, type admin for the “Password”.
    5. Once logged in select the General Settings on the left side.
    6. Select the WLAN option on the middle page.
    7. Select the Channel you wish to use.
