Discus and support Ubee modem and xbl issues fix in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have the new Ubee Modem DW366. I tried port forwarding, disabled firewall, and even put my xbox in a DMZ.     I have the new Ubee Modem DW366. I tried port forwarding, disabled firewall, and even put my xbox in a DMZ. Tested and still strict or moderate NAT. So here is what I did. I disabled UpNp. Apparently it was interfering somehow to recognize that all the ports
    i had set open, (especially 3074) were in fact closed. Once I disabled that, my NAT was open. I have had no connection issues or lag. Try it and let me know if it works for you as well.

    Vibroplex, the UBEE DDW3611 is a modem/router combo.

    CNKK, ive had issues with constant disconnects with this stupid piece of technology for a year now. your only bet to fix the issues is to put the modem into bridge mode after buying a new router. seriously... you will NOT be able to fix this issue
    other wise, or unless TWC in your area uses other modems for the connection.(some places only use the UBEE, some others use a Motorola aswell)

    Need help with xbox live

    My xbox(s) have been messin up lately, The wireless one used to do this alot but now my hard wired one right to the router doesnt like connecting have the time even tho we have internet going.. i think there is issues with XBL period lately. Best bet man is unplug your router and modem, wait a min then plug just your modem.. let it turn on and go online, then plug in your router. reset ur box and see if it works

    Hello Mister Ohnaka,

    I have the same 3 XBL profiles on both consoles and the delay occurs before I sign in with any of them.

    My main console with which I first experienced this issue is connected through wired, while the other is connected through WiFi.

    My modem is a Ubee - EVW3200.

    Ok, I connected the xbox directly to the Ubee modem and I received an IP address error. Also, the Ubee modem only has one Ethernet cable slot.

    I too am having this problem. I also have the same modem through the same ISP "Midcontinent". I have tried the deleting of the profile and clearing cache remedy and that seems to not be the problem. I believe the issue is with the modem as this just started
    happening for me when I got it. For awhile I had the standard non-wireless modem, "Ubee", which worked fine. I didnt want to purchase an expensive router for wireless capabilities so I upgraded to the wireless "DPC3828" modem and then these issues started
    to occur. I have tried forwarding my ports, putting my xbox in DMZ, restarting the modem, and clearing cache and none seem to fix the problem. Im doing more research on this modem model but I am seriously considering sending this back for the Ubee and just
    getting a router instead. Maybe Taidara can help suggest something but I believe this is a topic for Cisco to handle. Please let me know if you find a fix.
