U-Verse IPH8010 (GigaPower DVR) and Channel Changes

Hi,

I have U-Verse Gigapower and just bought an Xbox One. The new DVR that AT&T provides with this setup is the Pace IPH8010 (the U-Verse Gigapower 1TB DVR). I set my box up using "AT&T" as the provider and box.

TV Channel Changes don't work properly when there are 4 digits. For 3 digit TV channels, it works fine. Unfortunately, almost all of U-Verse is 4 digits so it's not very useful.

I tried making sure it wasn't an IR issue by holding the Kinect directly at the DVR.

Any suggestions to getting this to work? Should I try looking up that Pace model number on the Xbox?

Can't Watch SD

Hi. Whenever I try to watch SD channels and DVR recordings, I get a still image of the recording/channel. I can't watch any SD channels on AT&T U-Verse. What could be causing this?

U-Verse won't change channels

I have ATT U-Verse, the xbox can turn my cable box on and off, it brings up the channel guide just fine, but when I go to choose a channel to watch it simply won't change from whatever channel its already on. In addition to this it also makes my U-Verse
remote input laggy for example typing in a 4 digit channel is near impossible because it won't enter the numbers fast enough and the cable box just changes to a 3 digit channel.

It could be the speed of the IR. Try Setting > TV & OneGuide > Troubleshooting > IR delay

I have been having this same issue for weeks now.

U-Verse DVR.

Here's my workaround, which seems to work to get TV to display:

Hit Ok on my remote to make sure the DVR is awake.

Hit exit on the remote a few times to make sure the DVR is displaying Live TV.

Manually go to what I KNOW is an HD channel, since SD channels always cause the Xbox One to quit displaying live TV.

Then I just hit channel up once or twice and after 20 seconds or so, I'll hear audio and then picture will show up a few seconds later.

I am also having the same issue but with AT&T U-verse. There are HD channels that aren't showing.

I'm having the exact same issue. Everything seems to work perfectly, except for the channel changes. I would assume this something that will be addressed in the near future. I wouldn't start assuming the Kinect or Xbox is the culprit. The Xbox support team
also is probably unaware of the issue and probably cant advise a good fix (they will probably just say something with the Kinect is broken, when that isn't truly the case). Just need more people to express this issue and maybe a patch or fix will be released.
