Typing on xbox one since recent dashboard update.

I'm a xbox insider, recently we got an update for the dashboard and couple other things and since the update I have been unable to use the virtual keyboard for chat or searching in the microsoft store. I was wondering if there is any way to fix this or
if anyone else is having this problem.

Have you tried to restart the Xbox and then trying to type again?

If you want Insider related thing go to https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders/

But if it is a really big issue, you can just use a regular computer keyboard.

These things happen in the Xbox preview. the best thing to do is report it using the Xbox insider hub. press the Nexus button (Xbox Button) down on the controller until the shutdown option pops up, then select report a problem, and continue from there.
If you can't use the virtual keyboard in the insider hub, then connecting the xbox app on your phone or tablet to the xbox will work just as good or using the console companion app will also work too.

Yes I have multiple times, the qwerty doesn't work anymore but the emojis do which is weird.

For all things Insider related you should be using the Reddit XBox Insider Forum

and use the Report a Problem feature.
