My girlfriend and i both have our own xboxs and our own accounts. I use one from streaming on my computer and the other is in the living room. We play at the same time often, and we are both signed in onto each xbox because sometimes we switch spots, the issue is is that she could decide to play a game that she owns on her account, while i am playing an entirely different game that i own on mine. When that happens itll kick both of us off and say that the other is trying to play a game on a different xbox and if gives me the option to sign out of her account or play here instead. I want to know a fix so that everytime we decide to play we dont need to sign the other account out first in order to play.

    :)

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor here to help you with your concern.

Kindly make sure that your account and her account are signed out on each other's Xbox console.

On your Xbox, please ask her to click "sign out" on her profile. The same goes for her Xbox console, sign out of your account.

Make sure that neither of you is auto-signed in on each other's Xbox.

    Multitple Home Xbox?

We have three Xbox One consoles in the house. The main problem with the whole "HOME XBOX" thing is that other accounts can't access downloaded games unless they use the person's account that purchased them. This is one reason why I refuse to buy "digital
copies" rather than physical discs. I bought the game but only the one account that I bought it with can use it outside of my home Xbox. That (to me) is ridiculous. Buy a physical copy that is COMPLETELY non-reliant on who purchased it, how or where. Pull
it off the shelf, put it in any Xbox and regardless of who you are, it plays. Home Xbox is now a moot issue.
The profiles on the xbox ones that are not set as your home xbox can still play under their profiles they just have to have your account signed in at the same time.

the problem with that is since you can only be signed into one xbox one console at a time you would not be able to sign into another console and play with them at the same time because it will sign you out of their console and kick them off any game or gold
feature that is associated with your account.

So, for me personally, the intriguing thing here is that i have two Xbox ones in the house, running off same network. One gives me sign in error other one signed in and connected automatically with zero problems. Huh.

    Family Xbox

I have two xbox on a family setting but it wont let both of them play at same time- it kicks one out of game
Are you both trying to sign into the same account? If so that is why. You cant be signed into the same account on two different Xboxs. If you try it sign out the account on the other xbox.

Yeah, I know. In fact I edited and wrote a whole other paragraph about just that. Unfortunately, it never showed up. This board software is garbage.
