Two Xbox One X showing No HDMI signal

I have two Xbox One X, sitting side by side, each plugged into its own TV. The TVs are identical, and both Xboxes have worked fine for quite some time.

I will refer to the devices as follows:

Xbox-left, Xbox-right

TV-left, TV-right

HDMI-left, HDMI-right (the cables)

A month or so ago, Xbox-left stopped working. It displayed "No HDMI signal".

A week or so ago, in an effort to diagnose the problem, I tried several approaches recommended on various Microsoft web sites, including:

fully rebooted Xbox-left

switched to different HDMI input on TV-left

tried a brand new Ultra-HD HDMI cable

attempted to reboot Xbox-left into 640x480 resolution

None of these had any effect.

Finally, to confirm that the problem didn't lie with either TV-left or HDMI-left, I switched Xbox-right and Xbox-left, as follows:

Xbox-left ==> HDMI-right ==> TV-right

Xbox-right ==> HDMI-left ==> TV-left

In this configuration:

Xbox-left gave the same "No HDMI signal" on TV-right as it had on TV-left

Xbox-right initially worked fine, displaying its home screen on TV-left. However, within about 30 seconds, the image starting blinking out, alternating between the home screen and a blank, black screen.

At that point, I turned everything off, and returned to the original configuration.

HOWEVER, when I then turned on Xbox-right, it TOO was showing a "No HDMI signal" error message on TV-right.

To summarize, Xbox-left was producing no HDMI signal, Xbox-right was working fine. After switching them, now BOTH off my Xboxes produce no HDMI signal.

Over the past several years, I have had at least two other Xboxes (one Xbox 360 and another Xbox One X) exhibit the same problem.

On top of all that, the Microsoft support site has been giving me the runaround. No matter what I select to try to contact someone, it will not let me enter a chat, nor give me a phone number, in order to get support. What am I supposed to do to have these
faulty devices repaired?!?

I'd agree with that as a possibility, except that two prior Xboxes (one 360 and one X) exhibited the same problem on a different TV.

I think the only thing in common to all of these events is the HDMI cable. I've seen people saying that the HDMI cable can't possibly cause this, but I'm left with no other commonality.

I've now tossed out both HDMI cables I've been using, and bought new Ultra-HD HDMI cables to replace them, with the hope that at some point I can get the Xboxes fixed.

So, at this point my issue is that both Xboxes are pooched, and I can't find any way on the Microsoft web site to actually submit a problem ticket! And one of the two Xboxes is still under warranty!

Any help in getting these Xboxes fixed would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, maybe the TV-left have something broken and have burned the 2 Xbox One HDMI out or the GPU or something else.

Both of my xbox one x say no signal and it being the hdmi ports both times.

Did you make sure that the TV is connected to the correct HDMI port on the back of the console, there is two ports on the back of the Xbox One console one for HDMI in from cable / satellite TV box, and one that outputs the signal to the TV.
