Two xbox one. One xbox live gold subscription. Half working.

Hi everybody.

I've got a bit of a strange issue here.

I've used to share my Xbox Live Gold with a friend (A). Different houses and obviously different consoles (both xbox one).

Asked to xbox support and they explained me how to make it (briefly Disconnect both accounts, connect each one on the other console, set the friend console as home console, disconnect again, reconnect everyone on own console).

We did it and (quite) everything worked perfectly!

I had the XBLG account but both of us could play online, see and obtain the free with gold monthly games and we had our games library joined.

Now i've wanted to do the same thing with another friend (B) in place of the first.

Disconnected everything and did the same thing on mine and B's xbox one.

Results. We both see the joined library but he can't see the XBLG shop to obtain free monthly games.

On my console everything is working fine but not on his.

Moreover i think that i'm near to the 5per-year Home console changes, due to some experiments done to make things work the first time with A. For this reason i'm a bit reluctant in making more experiment to fix this situation.

Can anybody help?

Man.. really, I'm not saying you are wrong. Rather imI starting to think that our setup works as it should but.... ive been joined to friend A for nearly one year with a glitch?

The only thing that keep me in doubt is that none of the customer care told me that he shouldn't be able to see the games..

Yes. As the xbox assistance said

My xbox is my friendsf home console with just my account and viceversa.

Be sure that Friend B is set as your accounts Home Console. As long as your account is on that Xbox he should be able to access you digital games and share the features of Live Gold.

Either he was downloading them after you had or he also had gold on his account.

I'm sorry but no, it is not a random guy on the net.

I'm sorry again but no, we do not both need the XBLGs considering that all of this has been explained from a Microsoft Customer Care Agent and considering that i've been sharing in this way for a bunch of months (as i wrote in my post).
