Two Xbox One features that would be nice

Can we please get some form of a Xbox clan app. Isn't Xbox about community and playing with friends competitively? It would be nice to have a clan app where you could have an over all clan with individual teams for different games, maybe reward clans for
competing with unique ingame items or exclusive rewards and even clan medals to showcase. Also for the love of the good lord, can I please have the option to display a bio at least, profiles are dull with achievements being the only thing to individualize
yourself. Don't get me wrong, I love gamerscore,

Universal preferences feature would be nice

On Xbox 360, you had an option to set up universal game prefs, like having inverted view turned on (Yes, I'm one of THOSE people) etc and it would be great if Xbox One had a similar feature.

While I can of course go into each game and manually set my prefs for each game, the above is a much more elegant solution, and one that was used in the previous version of the console.

Thoughts?

I have a ton of opinions and recommendations and I'm bored so I guess I will name some more in hopes that someone will listen and possibly even act on some of my suggestions.

I am an avid Xbox user and always have been so when I complain about something, there's a hundred more things I couldn't be happier about regarding Xbox so please dont consider me a whining unhappy customer who wants things his way.

ok first off, the avatar. Be honest with yourself, you know its dumb and really once you customize it you never really care for it again or even notice it. I wouldn't mind if it were removed completely but I understand some people like it and its not really
hurting anything. But could it at least be updated to where its more life like and not so cartoonish, there's very few options available to make it resemble myself or anyone I know. The avatar needs some serious work. I also understand their may be legal matters
involved, but if possible why not have an option to use Kinect to take a picture of yourself and turn it into an avatar, or at least a gamer pic. Have someone review the requested gamertag pic to check for profanity or nudity and then ok it to be a gamer pic.

Next, the dashboard, wtf to customization at all, except colors, lame.

music, I loved playing music in the background while playing a game, no longer possible with the One

upload studios could also use some work as you are very limited with what you can do with videos you have recorded, 5 minute max is to short, and I would like to be able to post uploads to YouTube along with SkyDrive that is allowed.

I had other concerns but they seem to have been addressed recently, for the most part you'll notice my request and concerns are primarily regarding a lack of personalization throughout the entirety of the Xbox and its features. I believe Xbox would be a
much better experience if you could make each feature, your own feature.
